OPL technology can be used to 3D print a wide range of ceramic, metal, and insulating powders.  Multi-material printing of powders allows for the development of a wide range of new methods to additively fabricate complex parts. In addition, multi-material OPL technology:

  • Does not require the use of an organic binder to fabricate parts

  • Allows for the efficient use of high cost powders by only printing the powder where it is needed

  • Is limited in build size only by the size of the gantry

  • Does not require an inert atmosphere during the printing process
